Well, I did it–yesterday I managed a 22 minute run, 20 minute swim, and 65 minutes pilates session (which I use as my strength training).
This morning I feel a bit wiped out, but at least I’m over that first workout after a break–that’s always the hardest one. Today is a rest day, then 60 minute run and 65 minutes pilates tomorrow.
That finish line gets just a little closer with every step I take before the race starts…..
